SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United States. Our standard shipping time is approximately 5 business days, depending on your location. We aim to process and ship out your order as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Madly Rooted Botanicals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on approved cases within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused (unbroken seal), in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging in an effort to avoid contamination.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@shopmadlyrooted.com. In the email, please list the subject as "RETURN", and in the subject field provide us with your name, order number, and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please Note:

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER UNLESS THE RETURN IS DUE TO A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR AN ERROR ON OUR PART.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
